GENERAL INFORMATION
The scheduled departure date of the cruise tour will be August 16, 2026 and return on August 23, 2026. The duration of the cruise tour is 8 days / 7 nights and will commence in Miami, Florida.
(A) Cruise Tour Prices (Payment to be made in US$)
The cost per person for the cruise, based on double occupancy in an Inside Cabin is US$2,631, Ocean View Cabin is US$2,752 and Balcony Cabin is US$2,993. Rates for other occupancies or cabin categories are subject to availability and also subject to change until booked.

(1) Please note that the prices quoted above are subject to change without notice. Leisure For Pleasure Holidays & Tours Ltd. reserves the right to collect on behalf of the Cruise Line, any increases in Cruise rates as well as Government fees and taxes in effect at the time of departure, even if the fare has already been paid in full.
(2) The cruise tickets are valid only for the named passengers and may not be sold or transferred.
Booking and Payment
Kindly complete and return the Cruise Registration Form with names exactly as they appear in your passport. Please note your outlined payment schedule.
Note: Rates are subject to change, and bookings are subject to availability. Banking and payment details are available upon request. By proceeding with this reservation, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Visa and Passports
A valid passport and US visa are required for all tour participants (particularly persons traveling on Jamaican passports) with the expiration dates being valid for at least an additional six (6) months after the arrival date in countries being visited. Please note that securing the necessary visas is the responsibility of tour participants who must consult with the appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are required. Nonetheless, should we ascertain any further information pertaining to the procurement of the necessary visas; we will forward this to you.
Health Documents
Regulations with regard to vaccination certificates and other health requirements for the various embarkation ports may vary by destination and change from time to time. It is the sole responsibility of passengers to obtain and have available, when necessary the appropriate valid health documents such as vaccination certificates, etc., that are necessary for air travel, disembarkation at the various ports of call and re-entry into the appropriate country of origin.
N.B. Passengers who do not possess the proper travel or health documentation may be prevented from boarding the flight or vessel without refund of the cruise fare or airline fare and airport transfer and will be subject to any fines or other costs incurred by the Cruise or airline which results from lack of proper documentation.
Health, Special Needs, Disability and Wheelchair Notice
Passengers must notify Leisure For Pleasure Holidays & Tours Limited in writing at the time of booking, of any physical or mental illness (es), disabilities or other conditions for which special accommodation, seating arrangement, or the use of a wheelchair is contemplated or necessary, or which may require medical treatment or render the passenger unfit to travel or which may constitute a risk or danger to the passenger or anyone else on board the ship, airplane or motor coach.
Cancellation and Cancellation Fees
All cancellation of reservations must be made in writing and submitted to our office. Cancellation penalties will apply as follows:
Kindly note that there is also a non refundable service fee of 2.7% for all cancelled bookings on all refunds for payments made by credit cards, in addition to any other charges/fees by the cruise line and /or other suppliers.
Changes of sailing dates or substitution of passenger names are considered to be cancellations and new bookings. All sailing date changes, and name substitution are subject to space availability and, if accepted, are subject to the rate increases, cancellation fees and booking conditions in effect at the time of the change or substitution.
Revision Fees
Any alteration/revision made to reservations for the airline or the cruise line after airline tickets and cruise documents have been issued, will incur revision/ change fees per change to either the airline and/or cruise documents.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed on the motor coaches and in show lounges, dining rooms and all food service areas.

Final payment is due by April 28, 2026.
New reservations and final payment received after above dates for the cruise will be subject to a late payment charge of US$120.00 per person. A change fee of US$120 per person will also apply for any ship or sail date changes, in addition to any difference in the cruise cost. Please note that fees are subject to change.
As all tours are based on group travel, no refunds will be granted for missed meals, transfers, accommodation or any other service(s) not used on or after departure dates and times. No changes, deviations or extensions in the itinerary are guaranteed on tour unless arranged prior to departure. All requests must be made by April 22, 2026.
Dining Room Seating and Special Diets
Dining preferences (time and companions) should be requested at the time of booking. No Requests are guaranteed. All dining rooms are smoke free. (Smoking is permitted in designated areas and in your cabin/stateroom. Your table assignment will be confirmed at embarkation. Dining times are as follows and are subject to change.

Special diets may be requested at the time of booking and must be stated on your Cruise Registration Form. There may be limitations in the ship’s ability to accommodate special orders.
Celebrations at Sea
Kindly inform us at the time of your booking or as soon as possible thereafter if you are celebrating an anniversary, birthday or any other special occasion and the date of the celebration.
Clothing
Casual attire is in order during the day. For one or two nights, a dark suit or formal attire is required. The dress code for other evenings ranges from sport coats and ties to casual resort wear. Shorts and T-Shirts are not permitted in the dining room during dinner.
Medical Services
Should medical services be required while on board, the infirmary staff is available to assist 24 hours per day. Physicians are independent contractors and as such, are entitled to render services at a customary rate. These charges will be applied to your account.
Itinerary Length
Your flight times and cruise schedules are subject to change without notice. Leisure for Pleasure Holidays & Tours Limited will not be held responsible for changes and delays in airline and cruise schedules and does not reimburse passengers for expenses resulting from delays or changes. The cruise lines reserve the right to lengthen or shorten itinerary accordingly and whenever possible, you will be notified in writing. If changes necessitate extra/overnights, this will be at your expense.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Leisure For Pleasure Holidays & Tours Ltd., your tour operator and travel agency acts only as agents in regard to any of the travel arrangements offered or made on your behalf. In the absence of its negligence, Leisure For Pleasure Holidays & Tours Ltd., shall not be held responsible for personal injury, death, property damage, loss or damage of baggage, inconvenience, accident, delay or irregularities arising out of negligence of airlines, hotels, sightseeing or transfer companies or any other person rendering any of the services, or furnishing any of the accommodations or facilities in connection with these tours. Tours may be cancelled, modified or delayed for reasons of strikes, wars, hostilities, civil disturbances, riots, acts of God, unusual weather conditions, breach of contract by hotels or other suppliers, breakdown in machinery or equipment, insufficient participation, quarantines, or other causes beyond the control of Leisure for Pleasure Holidays & Tours Ltd. Tickets and or contracts in use by any cruise line, airline, hotel, owner or contractor providing means of transportation. Accommodation or other service shall constitute the sole contract between such party and the passenger.
