Refund Policy
All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing by the client. The details of the refund as requested by the client must be supported by a written confirmation and agreement for a refund from the supplier (hotel, cruise, etc).
All sums received by Leisure for Pleasure Holidays & Tours Limited from clients are paid to the suppliers (except the company’s commission in cases where the supplier has that agreement in place). Leisure for Pleasure Holidays & Tours Limited does not have in its bank accounts the funds requested by clients. Therefore, refunds must be sourced from the respective supplier(s).
All clients’ refunds requested on the grounds that they did not receive a service, e.g., transportation service or room type paid for, etc,’ – must be submitted in writing to the supplier by the client. The supplier must confirm in writing to the client that they will honor the refund.
In the event of any unresolved dispute between the client and the supplier, which results in a denied refund to the client, our agents/company will not be able to offer a direct refund. The client must lodge a complaint in writing with the management of the supplier of the service. A copy of this complaint must be attached and a letter sent to the management of Leisure for Pleasure Holidays and Tours Limited, informing the company of the unresolved complaint/dispute in writing, prior to the client’s departure from the facility, in order to ensure appropriate follow-up can be taken.
Please request our approved “Clients Complaint & Refund Form” which must be signed by the client to ensure proper documentation is in place for enabling management to process all cases effectively.
Claims & Chargebacks:
These matters are to be escalated IMMEDIATELY to the management of the company.
There will be no refunds for No Shows, late arrivals or early departures. All changes and cancellations must be made through Leisure for Pleasure Holidays & Tours Limited by the respective due dates. Cancellation penalties for individual and group bookings will apply where applicable. Other conditions apply.
