I gave this review of the Royal Decameron Runaway Bay resort. I want to say thanks once again for your help.
” My friends and I from St. Jago high school had our reunion July 26 -29 2016, celebrating 20 years since we graduated.
We did our booking through Leisure Holidays which went well yet again.
We had a blast of time at the Runaway Bay resort. From the day we arrived we were treated well. The staff at the front desk were so welcoming and pleasant. The lady who took us to our rooms sought to our immediate comfort and relaxation. She pointed out that we could visit Jasmine grill which wass at the far east end of the resort. The Jasmine gets a rating of 6/10. While the variety was ok the quality can be improved.
The pools and beach times were good and some the guys did a daily aqua-cise, which was fun.
The food from the main dining area was good. The variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner was good and gets a rating of 8/10.
As it related to the entertainment value of our stay that was really great. Thanks to Candy and Spice for a very vibrant time.
The beverages were great also especially from the Jetty, Roots and Main Bars. Do ask for the drink called the Vacation Memory and the Candy Krishna….I say no more…you have to experience those for yourselves…a young bartender named Chris who works in the Roots Club at nights and the Jetty Bar was a class act. He really knows his stuff…
Generally the rooms were fine as we were all comfortable.
Our stay was thrilling from start to end and the entire staff, admin, bell, waiting, food servers, bartenders, room attendants, lifeguards, everyone made us feel welcomed and
it should not be less than the overseas visitors as is the case with some resorts.”
