Just taking time out to say “Thank You” to you and your team as well as the Thomson Crew (TUI) for a marvellous experience.
This was my first ever cruise and it was a pleasant one. I met new friends both among the guests and the crew.
I was specifically impressed with my steward – Suwadi. He went all out and kept me abreast of things. He was super-efficient and extremely courteous and friendly.
The only drawback I (and some of the other passengers) had was the overnight in Cuba. It would have been more appreciated if the overnight was in one of the other ports of call, but nonetheless it was an eye-opener.
Already I’m thinking of planning another but will have to work on the funds first.
