Hi Judith, on behalf of the Dandie Family, (three generations of us), I would like to formally express our gratitude to you for an excellent family reunion. I must reiterate that except for the delays at check-in, we thoroughly enjoyed our fourth biennial family reunion, at Riu Runaway Bay last December. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and we enjoyed the wide array of food as well as the nightly entertainment provided by the property.
Of course this could not have taken place without your help. Your professionalism, patience, empathy and responsiveness to my many requests for adjustments were exceptional and greatly appreciated. I must express to you my personal thanks as coordinator, for immediately allaying my fears and anxiety regarding arrangements made elsewhere and just jumping in immediately to rectify the situation and providing me with the assurance that we were in capable hands. Indeed, we were. You did a marvelous job, exceeding our expectations and lifting the immense pressure off my shoulders.

You are definitely on for reunion #5, August, 2020. .
